Our Platelet-Rich Plasma Technique
After you are comfortably seated in one of our secluded treatment areas, a small amount of blood will be drawn from one of your arms and placed in a centrifuge machine. Most of the time, we remove around one vial worth of blood. After about 15 minutes, the different components of the blood will be separated and ready for injection. We will place the concentrated plasma into a syringe and inject it into the designated areas of the face. The PRP process usually takes approximately five minutes, but this will vary for each patient.
